Jessie, PA-C is the owner, founder and master injection specialist. Renew You opened its doors in 2013 with the goal of serving others, develop longstanding relationships and being a trusted source of information. Jessie discovered her passion for cosmetic treatments while working in plastic surgery. Her career path in cosmetic medicine expanded and has been shaped by the influential experience gained while working with many respectable plastic surgeons and dermatologists across the country while working as a national esthetic trainer. Her dedication and commitment in health care over the past 31 years has cultivated caring bonds between her and her patients. Since 2005, she has been devoted to working in Aesthetic Medicine, performing cosmetic injectables and educating numerous health care providers in the aesthetics industry. All of which have earned her a respectable reputation as an expert injector. Jessie graduated from Augsburg College Physician Assistant program in 2001.

Jessie’s specialty is known as the liquid facelift. Coming from a plastic surgical background, I understand that surgery isn’t for everyone. With the use of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers and a good medical skin care regimen; I can naturally rejuvenate someone’s appearance. There is nothing more enjoyable than non-surgically creating a fresh, natural look, boosting confidence and self-esteem! This is where Jessie’s true passion and joy come from. When Jessie isn’t helping people look and feel their best you will find her spending time with family. She and her husband attend many of their son’s hockey and baseball games. Spending time outdoors, walking, biking, hiking and boating.

Danielle is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in intensive care nursing and 4 years of specialized expertise in cosmetic injections. Her strong clinical background provides a solid foundation in patient safety, precision, and care—qualities that seamlessly translate into the aesthetic space.
With a deep understanding of facial anatomy and a keen aesthetic eye, she is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through subtle, tailored treatments. Whether you’re seeking to refresh your appearance or address specific concerns, her goal is to create results that are both noticeable and natural-looking—never overdone.

Allison “Alli”, is a dedicated Registered Nurse and RN Injector, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our group. Alli received her Registered Nurse license after graduating from St Catherine University. Following graduation Alli worked as a medical-surgical float nurse, before finding her passion in cosmetic medicine. Alli immersed herself into all things cosmetic medicine and pursued a full-time injecting position. Her passion for creativity truly shines through in her work, as she meticulously crafts customized treatments for lips, chin, and facial re-balancing, ensuring each client receives personalized and top-notch care.
Alli’s career path has been greatly shaped by top notch education and training. She attributes her success in the field to her extensive training history with world renowned injectors and trainers, as well as her passion for knowledge. Alli continues learning and growing alongside the newest innovations in cosmetic medicine. Her goal is to safely maintain and enhance her client’s natural beauty, while promoting a graceful aging process.
When Alli is not at ReNew You she is most likely spending time at her cabin with family, crafting or hanging out with her Mini Bernedoodle, Kip.

Registered Nurse

Sharee is a certified aesthetic injector with over 14 years of experience in healthcare. After more than a decade in nursing, she discovered her passion for aesthetics and now specializes in helping clients enhance their natural beauty.
Known for her artistic eye and gentle touch, Sharee combines medical knowledge with an appreciation for facial balance and harmony.
Her goal is to create natural, refreshed results that allow clients to feel like the best version of themselves.
Nancy
Registered Nurse

Nancy has been a Registered Nurse since 1987 and got her start in Plastic Surgery, where she found her love for all things aesthetics. For the past 25 years, she’s focused on cosmetic injections and has become known for her skill, her eye, and her natural approach. She’s also spent years as a national trainer, teaching hundreds of injectors and sharing the tips and techniques she’s picked up along the way. In the aesthetics community, she’s widely respected for both her expertise and her genuine, down-to-earth style. Whether she’s treating cheeks, lips, or any other area, her goal is always the same: helping people look refreshed, natural, and like the best version of themselves.
Jamie
Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician
Jamie, APLE received her Advanced Practice Esthetics license after graduating from The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics in 2021. Jamie’s training included MOXI Laser, BBL (broad band light), hair removal, Skintyte microneedling, Platelet Rich Plasma and anti aging treatments. She is an advocate for clinically studied skin care and skin care treatments after seeing the positive changes in her own skin.
Jamie has a gentle, caring demeanor and is passionate about helping patients with their skin care concerns. She is thorough in treating a variety of concerns such as prejuvenation, anti-aging, fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone, texture, acne and acne scarring. Her goal is to provide each patient with a customized treatment plan and at home regimen for optimal results.
Jamie’s favorite treatment to give and receive is SkinPen. She loved how it evened out her skin tone and smoothed out her texture. Her favorite product is the IS Clinical cleansing complex as it is gentle on her sensitive skin and Pro-Heal because of its ability to help with the underlying redness in her skin. In her free time she enjoys traveling, going on walks, researching aesthetic treatments and skin care, eating out and shopping at the boutiques in Buffalo where she lives with her two daughters.
Savannah
Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician
Savannah, graduated from St. Paul College in 2021 and advanced her education by obtaining her Advanced Esthetician License. She specializes in microneedling including PRP microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced facials. She is deeply passionate about helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, striving to provide personalized and transformative skincare experiences for her clients.
What truly sets Savannah apart is her love for chemical peels, her favorite treatment to perform. She appreciates how these peels can transform the skin, addressing concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging. Each peels is tailored to the individual’s needs, allowing her to maximize the benefits while minimizing any discomfort. Savannah loves seeing the positive changes in her clients’ skin, which often boosts their confidence and self-esteem.
Her favorite products are IS Clinical Active Peel Wipes because they are an effective at home treatment that you can do in between your appointments. Another favorite is Revision Hydrating Serum because it provides lightweight hydration to the skin.
Megan
Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician
Megan has been an Advanced Practice Esthetician for 5 years, and is currently in school to become a Nurse. She was initially drawn to the field of esthetics because of her own personal struggles with her skin. She wants to be able to help others feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Her favorite services to get done would be a HydraFacial because she loves how customizable the treatment is, and how effective it is for overall skin balancing. She also loves SkinPen for maintenance every few months- to keep up collagen production and rejuvenation.
If she is not at work or school, she enjoy’s spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, live music, and travelling.

As a dedicated medical assistant with over 30 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working across various specialties. From pediatrics to geriatrics, my journey in healthcare has been both rewarding and challenging, however my time spent in dermatology and skin care was where I found my true passion. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and my amazing 7 grandchildren.
Gavin
Office Manager
Gavin began his career at just 17 as a general manager in the restaurant industry and quickly advanced through high-volume establishments across multiple states. His journey took him to New Orleans, where he managed a martini and jazz bar, then back home, and eventually into another leadership role at a Southwestern wine bar—where he managed through the challenges of COVID-19.
In 2021, at age 23, Gavin was diagnosed with a brain tumor. After several surgeries and relearning how to walk and talk, his resilience brought him back to the workforce and closer to family. Reconnecting with Jessie Norton, ReNew You’s owner and PA, introduced him to the world of aesthetics. After experiencing facial paralysis, treatments like Botox, cheek filler, and Clinical’s Active Peel Pads helped restore his confidence. Now, in 2025, Gavin is proud to be part of the ReNew You team, supporting the mission of helping others feel their best—inside and out.
