Jessie Norton

Jessie, PA-C is the owner, founder and master injection specialist. Renew You opened its doors in 2013 with the goal of serving others, develop longstanding relationships and being a trusted source of information. Jessie discovered her passion for cosmetic treatments while working in plastic surgery. Her career path in cosmetic medicine expanded and has been shaped by the influential experience gained while working with many respectable plastic surgeons and dermatologists across the country while working as a national esthetic trainer. Her dedication and commitment in health care over the past 31 years has cultivated caring bonds between her and her patients. Since 2005, she has been devoted to working in Aesthetic Medicine, performing cosmetic injectables and educating numerous health care providers in the aesthetics industry. All of which have earned her a respectable reputation as an expert injector. Jessie graduated from Augsburg College Physician Assistant program in 2001.

Jessie’s specialty is known as the liquid facelift. Coming from a plastic surgical background, I understand that surgery isn’t for everyone. With the use of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers and a good medical skin care regimen; I can naturally rejuvenate someone’s appearance. There is nothing more enjoyable than non-surgically creating a fresh, natural look, boosting confidence and self-esteem! This is where Jessie’s true passion and joy come from. When Jessie isn’t helping people look and feel their best you will find her spending time with family. She attends her son’s hockey games, enjoys time outdoors, walking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Lori
MSN, ANP/GNP, BSN, RN, PHN
Lori is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping others live their best lives. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the College of Saint Scholastica, with dual certifications as an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.
Throughout her career, she has expanded her expertise with additional certifications in Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, Biostimulants, Medical-Grade Skincare, Prescription Hair Loss Treatments, Dermatology, GLP-1, and Hormone Replacement Therapy.
She is committed to improving quality of life through genuine self-care. Beyond providing treatments, her goal is to empower patients to take charge of their health and support them throughout their wellness journey.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active, cooking, and engaging with her faith.
Danielle
Nurse Practitioner
Danielle Anderson is a Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. She has a background in both aesthetic medicine for 5 years and intensive care for 11 years.
Danielle’s approach is centered on achieving natural results while prioritizing patient safety and personalized treatment options. Some of her favorite treatments include Sculptra and microneedling with platelet rich plasma.
She continually refines her techniques and pursues education opportunities. She appreciates the opportunity to help patients at Renew You feel like the best version of themselves. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, exercising, and traveling.
Nancy
Registered Nurse
Nancy has been a Registered Nurse since 1987, with a professional background in plastic surgery and more than 25 years of experience specializing in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic injections.
Throughout her career, Nancy has served as a national trainer, educating and mentoring hundreds of injectors across the aesthetics industry. Her extensive experience and expertise have earned her a highly respected reputation within the aesthetic community.
Skilled in treating all areas of the face, Nancy takes a personalized and thoughtful approach to every treatment. Her goal is to enhance each patient’s natural features while creating beautiful, refreshed results that never look overdone.
Alli
Registered Nurse
Alli, RN, is a registered nurse injector with a diverse nursing background in medical-surgical float, infectious disease, gynecology oncology, and aesthetics. A graduate of St. Catherine University, Alli has trained with world-renowned injectors and providers. Aesthetics is a true passion of hers, and she loves building relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident and beautiful while achieving natural, personalized results.
Outside of aesthetics, Alli enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and their dog, Kip. She is currently expecting her second daughter and loves all things creative, beautiful, and family-focused.

Gavin
Practice Manager
Gavin began his career at just 17 as a general manager in the restaurant industry and quickly advanced through high-volume establishments across multiple states. His journey took him to New Orleans, where he managed a martini and jazz bar, then back home, and eventually into another leadership role at a Southwestern wine bar—where he managed through the challenges of COVID-19.
In 2021, at age 23, Gavin was diagnosed with a brain tumor. After several surgeries and relearning how to walk and talk, his resilience brought him back to the workforce and closer to family. Reconnecting with Jessie Norton, ReNew You’s owner and PA, introduced him to the world of aesthetics. After experiencing facial paralysis, treatments like Botox, cheek filler, and Clinical’s Active Peel Pads helped restore his confidence. Now, in 2025, Gavin is proud to be part of the ReNew You team, supporting the mission of helping others feel their best—inside and out.
Savannah
Marketing Manager
Savannah is the Marketing Manager at ReNew You Medical Spa and an Advanced Practice Esthetician with a passion for the aesthetics industry, skincare, and helping others feel confident in their own skin.
As Marketing Manager, Savannah brings ReNew You to life through social media, events, community partnerships, promotions, and creative content. Her background in esthetics gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to combine her knowledge of skincare and treatments with her love for marketing and connecting with clients.
She loves being part of an industry that is constantly evolving and enjoys continuing to learn about the latest treatments, products, and trends in aesthetics.
Outside of ReNew You, Savannah loves spending time with her family, shopping, and most of all, watching her son grow and experience the world around him.
Michele
Licensed Medical Assistant
Michele is a Licensed Medical Assistant at ReNew You Medical Spa and a friendly face you’ll often see helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. She loves being part of a team that helps patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their ReNew You experience.
Michele brings a warm personality, positive energy, and a genuine love for connecting with people to everything she does. Whether she’s assisting our providers or helping patients feel right at home, she’s always happy to lend a helping hand.
When she’s not at ReNew You, Michele’s favorite place to be is with her family! She especially loves spending time with her grandkids, making memories, and enjoying all the fun that comes with being a Grandma!
