Appointment & Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will also be charged a $100 no-show fee. A $100 deposit may be required to secure most appointments. By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy.
