Cancellation policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you be running more then 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule you. Late appointments are subject to rescheduling depending on our ability to accommodate your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. All services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 deposit fee.
No-show patients who do not turn up for their treatment appointed time are also charged the $50 deposit fee. A major credit card will be needed to secure appointments. Gift cards are not valid as form of payment for no-show fees. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
